William T. Chapman, IV
President and Attorney
Will is a native of Nashville, Tennessee and attended Franklin Road Academy. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business before receiving his Juris Doctor degree from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. While in law school, Will clerked for Davidson County, Tennessee First Circuit Court Judge Hamilton V. Gayden, Jr. After graduating from Cumberland School of Law, Will was admitted to practice in all State and Federal Courts in Tennessee and began his law practice with a general, civil litigation firm downtown specializing in insurance defense litigation. After a few years of civil litigation, Will focused his legal practice in the areas of contracts, real property and real property transactions with a firm in Green Hills. It is this experience that allows Will to handle residential and commercial real estate matters with confidence and professionalism.
Kathleen Rollins Rosenthal
Vice President and Attorney
Kate is a native of Nashville, Tennessee and attended Goodpasture Christian School. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Lipscomb University and then received her Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine School of Law. After graduating from Pepperdine School of Law, Kate was admitted to practice in all State Courts in Tennessee and clerked for Davidson County, Tennessee Fourth Circuit Court Judge Muriel Robinson before joining the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation as a Staff Attorney. Kate then focused her law practice in the areas of contracts, real property and real property transactions with a real estate title company in Middle Tennessee. She has several years of experience as a real estate attorney and office manager, and it is this experience that allows her to handle all real estate related matters professionally and with confidence. Kate is also a member of Woodmont Hills Church, as well as the Associated Ladies of Lipscomb and the Associated Women of Pepperdine.
James M. Alexander, Jr.
Attorney
Jay is a native of Franklin, Tennessee and attended Centennial High School. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Tennessee – Knoxville before receiving his Juris Doctor degree from the Cecil C. Humphries School of Law at Memphis University. While in law school, Jay clerked for a title company with several offices in middle Tennessee. Upon graduating from law school, Jay was admitted to practice law in all State Courts in Tennessee and joined the same title company as a real estate attorney and office manager focusing his practice in the areas of contracts, real property and real property transactions. Jay joined Chapman & Rosenthal Title in February of 2008 and focuses his real estate related practice in the Brentwood and Franklin, Tennessee markets.
Rachel Pitman Neal

Rachel is a native of Nashville, Tennessee and attended The Harpeth Hall School. Rachel received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University and later graduated from ABA-approved Southeastern Paralegal Institute in Nashville, Tennessee. Rachel has over five years of experience as a paralegal in the areas of contracts, real property and real property transactions.
Marie Montgomery Crabtree

Ree is a native of Germantown, Tennessee and attended St. Agnes Academy. Ree received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee – Knoxville before obtaining her Master of Arts degree in Education from Tennessee State University in Nashville. Before joining Chapman & Rosenthal Title, Ree taught high school and middle school classes at The Harpeth Hall School, as well as college classes at Nashville State Community College.
